We want your Phoenix Shop experience to be simple, meaningful, and full of heart. From shipping to impact, here’s everything you need to know — no fluff, just facts and love.
How long does it take to fulfill an order?
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade your shipping method at checkout, but you won’t be able to change your shipping method after that.
What does my purchase support?
Every item you purchase directly supports The Phoenix Project’s mission to end the global mental health crisis. We use cutting-edge cyber technology and sustainable innovation to deliver fast, scalable, life-changing mental health support — and your order helps fund that work.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations. If you don’t see your country at checkout, reach out — we’ll try to make it happen. 💛
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way. Some limited items or special drops may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you posted.
Can I return or exchange items?
We stand behind everything we create. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit on unworn/unwashed items. Because we’re a nonprofit, refunds are limited — but our support team will do everything they can to make it right.
How does the 10% off email sign-up work?
Once you join the mission list, you’ll get a welcome email with your 10% discount code. Use it at checkout — and stay tuned for early access to new drops, impact updates, and behind-the-scenes looks at our healing work.
Is this a for-profit store?
Nope — this is nonprofit-powered. The Phoenix Project is a 501(c)(3) organization. Every purchase funds real, measurable impact — from tech-based mental health solutions to outreach programs and advocacy work. You’re not just shopping. You’re standing for something.
Can I give as a gift?
Absolutely! Our items make powerful gifts. At checkout, you can enter a different shipping address. You can also add a note — and we’ll make sure it’s packed with love and meaning.
Do you have sizing info?
